Bentley's Wardrobes & Kitchen Showroom kitchen with Caesarstone Rosa Nova Benchtop and Polyurethane 2PAC cabinetry

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you manufacture all your kitchen joinery in-house?

Yes. Bentley’s Wardrobes & Kitchens manufactures all cabinetry in-house at our Penrith factory. We do not outsource any kitchen components. This ensures superior quality control, faster turnaround times and consistent workmanship from start to finish.

2. How long does the kitchen process take from design to installation?

Most kitchen projects take 4–10 weeks after contract is signed depending on the materials selected and the complexity of the design. Once all selections are confirmed, we provide a clear schedule so you always know what to expect.

3. Do you offer 3D designs and renderings?

Yes. Our qualified interior designers use CabMaster 3D drawings and renderings so you can see your kitchen before it is manufactured. This helps finalise layouts, colours and finishes with confidence.

4. Can Bentley’s coordinate trades such as plumbers, electricians and tilers?

Absolutely. We can assist with full project management, including organising licensed trades such as plumbing, electrical, plastering and tiling. We can also help arrange HBCF insurance when required for larger projects.

5. What areas do you service for kitchen installations?

Our kitchen service area is extensive. While we are based in Penrith, we regularly service Greater Western Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the Hawkesbury, and surrounding regions. Contact us to confirm if we service your suburb.

6. What materials and hardware do you use in your kitchens?

We work with premium Australian suppliers for board, finishes and stone. We exclusively use Blum hardware for all our kitchens, ensuring long-lasting durability and smooth functionality. Visit our showroom to view our range.

7. Can you help if I already have my own builder?

Yes. We frequently work with builders and renovation companies. We can liaise directly with your builder to ensure measurements, timelines and specifications are accurate and coordinated.

8. How much does a kitchen cost?

Kitchen renovations can vary quite significantly based on style, size and finishes. To assist our clients before they start their kitchen renovation, Bentley's has created a Kitchen Renovation Guide to help budget, plan and design your dream kitchen without the hassle of the back and forth with pricing like the other companies.

9. I’m ready to get started. What should I do next?

To begin your kitchen project with Bentley’s, simply book a showroom consultation. We recommend bringing photos of your current space or any plans you already have, as this helps our designers understand your vision and create an accurate concept.

During your appointment, our team can prepare a 3D render and preliminary pricing so you can visualise your new kitchen before moving forward.

When you're ready for an onsite measure, a $500 design fee is required. This includes:

  • A detailed onsite measure

  • Full sets of drawings and plans

  • Contract setup

  • Finalised pricing

The best part — this $500 comes off your final kitchen price when you proceed, making it a credited investment toward your project.
