What to Expect
At Bentley’s Wardrobes & Kitchens, the journey to your new kitchen begins in our Penrith showroom. We recommend booking an appointment so you can sit down with one of our experienced designers and take the time to explore layouts, styles, colours, and finishes that suit your home and budget. During this initial consultation, we’ll create a rough layout and begin shaping your vision. Within approximately one week, you’ll receive a detailed 3D render along with a formal quote, with one round of design changes included at no additional cost.
Once you’re happy with the initial design, we’ll arrange for one of our expert designers to visit your home. This onsite consultation allows us to confirm measurements, assess your space, and refine the layout to ensure everything works seamlessly. A fee of $500 applies for kitchens and full house fit-outs, which is credited back to you once you proceed with installation. After this visit and once the quote is approved, you’ll return to our showroom to finalise your plans and selections.
From there, we take care of the next steps by preparing your contract and organising any required insurances, giving you complete peace of mind moving forward. Our streamlined process ensures clarity, quality, and confidence at every stage. For wardrobes and laundries, the process is even simpler—no showroom visit is required, and there is no additional charge for an onsite consultation.
